Our current cohort of trainees (due to complete their training in June 2024) are the tenth cohort to undertake our programme. Over the completed nine cycles of training, 139 trainees have graduated with the White Rose Alliance. WRA trainees have a fantastic record in gaining employment after their course, with some obtaining jobs within our alliance schools.

We very much enjoy seeing our trainees develop from their interview to induction & through the course to graduation & beyond. Once trainees have finished their course with the White Rose Alliance, our contact with them doesn´t end & we remain available for advice & guidance throughout their future teaching careers.

We are always delighted to receive updates from our alumni & hear about the developments in their post-White Rose Alliance careers. Furthermore, it is wonderful to see the training cycle continue with former WRA trainees progressing through their careers & becoming subject mentors to current trainees.
